Due to the nature of digital and customized services:

All advance payments are non-refundable once project work has commenced.
No refunds shall be provided for completed milestones.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If cancellation is requested before project commencement, refund eligibility will be evaluated and may be processed after deducting administrative charges.

3. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

If a duplicate payment is made due to technical error:

The excess amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days after verification.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

Hosting purchases
Third-party software licenses
API subscriptions
