These Terms govern the use of services provided by Wevvai. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

We provide digital services including but not limited to:

  • Website development
  • Call Agents
  • AI Chatbots
  • AI Automations
  • Content Creation

The scope of work will be defined in writing via proposal, quotation, email confirmation, or agreement.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have authority to enter into a legally binding contract

3. Payment Terms

  • Advance payment (partial or full) may be required before project commencement.
  • Remaining payment must be cleared before final delivery unless otherwise agreed.
  • All payments are processed securely through authorized gateways including PhonePe.
  • Applicable taxes (including GST) will be charged where required.
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Project Timelines & Delays

  • Timelines are estimated based on project scope.
  • Delays in client approvals, content submission, or feedback may extend delivery timelines.
  • The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party services (hosting providers, domain registrars, etc.).

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respond to queries in a timely manner
  • Ensure content provided does not violate any laws

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables will transfer to the client unless otherwise specified.
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio for marketing purposes.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We are not responsible for business losses, revenue loss, or data loss arising from use of services.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Payment is not received
  • Terms are violated
  • Illegal activities are involved

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Punjab.
